How does E-Laundry work?
Our E-Laundry service allows you to order laundry services online, whether you want your laundry picked up and dropped off at your door, or if you want to visit one of our convenient Drop Boxes near you. Click here to learn more.
Can I choose different care for all my garments?
Absolutely! As an E-Laundry customer, after your first wash with us, you will receive a free laundry bag to place your clothing in and/or one dry cleaning bag (after first order).
**There is a charge of $4.00 per lost laundry bag.
Before your laundry is picked up or you place it in the Drop box, separate your garments by the care they need: (example, wash n fold , dry clean, shoe shine and so on..)
Laundry items: Place items to be laundered into the laundry bag. When selecting your preferences in the order page, list which items need to be ironed.
Dry Cleaning Items: Place items to be dry cleaned into the dry cleaning bag and label your bag. When selecting your preferences on the order page, list which items need to be dry-cleaned.
What if there is no E-Laundry service in my area?
No problem! If we do not offer service in your area at this time, simply call our office at (415) 520-7756 or (650) 758-2680, or e-mail us and we will be happy to add a location in your area.

How Does Home or Office Delivery Work?
Our At-Your-Door service is an excellent option if you have a busy lifestyle. Just place your order on the website, then place your laundry bag(s) outside your door at your home or office to be picked up. If you aren't able to be there, you can predetermine the location and time (Between 8 am to 10 pm) for us to pick up the laundry. Note: If you are not home we will need access to your building (access code, key etc.) Your dry clean, laundry will be cleaned, folded, and delivered back to you.
Drop Box: Does special treatment result in a delayed delivery?
We work hard to ensure that your order is completed by the time specified. Items that require additional treatment (i.e. stain removal) may be returned after the time indicated. When you place your order, you can choose to have all your garments returned to the drop box at once, or you can choose to have two separate shipments (one with your standard garment order, and one with your delayed order). Hold onto your Drop Box key, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for pick up.

I've placed my laundry in the drop off dispenser, How do I pay?
For your convenience your order is processed using your payment method you signed up with. This will allow for speedy return, if you would like to change your payment information you can change it in "My Profile".
I dropped off my clothes in the drop box but can't pay the bill. What happens to my clothes?
Our standard turnaround time is 48 hours. When placing your order in the My Account section of our website, you may specify a specific delivery date (if different than the standard 48 hours), and then pay your bill.

Once your bill is paid, we will deliver your garments on the date specified. Once your garments have been delivered to the drop box, you must retrieve your items within 72 hours. (see below)
